Jarrod it's very professional. He confirmed the appointment the day before. He texted me when he was on his way and arrived on time. He gave me some good feedback about different carpeted areas of my house, including how to better care for them. Took his time and did a good job. Perhaps, the most important thing is that Jared's prices are absolutely reasonable. I received six different quotes and he was significantly less than most of them. I could not believe how expensive it is now to get your carpets cleaned. I'm hard-pressed to think I could have paid somebody else $80 more and that they would have done anything different. I am so happy I chose him and will be using them again.
